About Nichole Fusco:

Nichole Fusco is a LICSW by trade and business owner by surprise! Nichole owns Transitions Counseling Services located in MA. She has been in the mental health field for over seventeen years and owned her practice for almost 9. Transitions was created out of a desire to bring together other clinicians doing the same work in an effort to have support and a collaborative work environment. Through the growth of the business Nichole has organically taken risks and advantage of different opportunities presented to her to advance her scope in practice. She currently has a practice with over 35 employees, with 2 practice locations and is currently expanding on her practices offerings of school based services and contracting with local schools elementary through high school. Nichole has been a featured speaker for the Health and Wellness Fairs sponsored by Karen Spilka, MA State Senator in 2020 and 2022. Nichole has 2 active kids, 6 and 2, that keep her busy outside of work and a very supportive husband who reminds her she is competent and capable. As an avid cook, Nichole loves to make tablescapes and formal gourmet dinners for her family and friends when she can.
